Will the mom of the new Octuplets Homeschool?

When I think about the mom who just added 8 children to the six she already has, my only thought is "how is she going to get one on one time with each of them". My next thought was of the Duggar Family.

According to Newsvine.com, The Duggar's homeschool because they could be with them day in and day out. Michelle says,

we try not to schedule a lot on Saturday, which has been so wonderful. We can relax when the schedule is not as crazy as the rest of the week. We have a chance to find out what's going on with each of them.

When we run errands, like go to the store or the post office, the kids take turns coming with us. If it is a short errand, a little one will go. For longer errands like the grocery store, two or three older ones get to go.

If the kids were in school, they surely would not be able to find time to connect with them on a personal level.

Based on the reported 'obsession' of the new mom with kids, my guess is that mom won't homeschool, unless of course she gets the million dollar deals and endorsements she is seeking. If that happens then she may be able to pay for people to help her in raising and educating her kids since she is doing this as a solo affair.

The Houston octuplets (with 7 surviving children) send their kids to traditional school, even with a third adult in the family (Grandma) to help. I can't blame them as while homeschooling 8 kids the same age could have it's advantages (ready made classmates with 'socialization' galore) The disadvantages of having all the kids the same age so that no older kids can help with the younger one could be a serious deterrent, especially in the younger years. Still, if the parents wanted to go the private school route, it would be less expensive to hire a teacher to come into the home than to pay tuition for each child.
