Many families make trips to theme parks during the summer. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many parks to close. Some are beginning to open up for the summer of 2020. What Really Happened During This Field Trip?

Funtastic Cafe is located in Tamarac, Florida. Recently, a Summer camp for children who have special needs took a group there for what was, essentially, a field trip. Things did not go as planned. The owner says the kids were unsupervised. Others say that the owner treated the children from the camp in a way that wasn’t professional or appropriate. What happened?
