10 Days of Multiplication Mastery is a workbook that provides a 10-day lesson plan for learning the basic facts for Multiplication. A Basic History of the United States is a six-volume textbook set that presents history form a conservative southern flavor. A Beka is a Christian textbook producer with hundreds of educational materials for home schools and private schools. A Beka also offers complete educational programs for homeschoolers Using DVD's and supplemental materials. A family can choose the accredited option, non-accredited option, or parent led option. They also offer textbook curriculum packages. A Child's History of the World is a 91-chapter book that starts at the beginning of the time to the present. It was written by Virgil Hillyer, Calvert Schools first head Master, and was revised in 1994. A Child's Story of America is a Christian based book reminiscent of A Child's History of the World. It reads more like a story than a history text. A Reason for Handwriting "provides a fun, meaningful approach to developing handwriting skills." (areasonfor.com) it is a biblically based handwriting curriculum with each weekly lesson built around a scripture verse. A Reason for Science "is designed to teach basic Life, Earth, and Physical Science concepts through fun, hands-on activities." (asreasonfor.com) There are seven books in all, labeled lessons A-H. Level A is appropriate for a first grader. This book series is written from a Christian perspective. A teacher's book is required to use the workbook and materials. A Reason for Spelling "combines the latest research on how children learn to spell with all the strengths of traditional programs." (areasonfor.com) The stories in these spelling books levels A-F are values based. About Three Preschool Workbooks is an Amish based program for preschool activities and learning readiness. Accelerated Achievement is a complete home curriculum for grades k-12. You only need to pay for it once and it will give enough material for 13 years.
